Baro is a 25lb red- ticked beagle. He is appox 2 year old. He's was very timid when he arrived. He is still learning to trust us and the loud noises and quick movements of a household. He has learned to climb the 5 steps to get on the bed and the doggie door but is still a little afraid of it when it snaps back. He is a chow hound when fed in his bowl in the crate. Once he trusts you, he wants you to never stop petting him, and he will take treats from you. He loves to snuggle. Baro must need to go to a family that is patient and with 1 or more dogs that are young with a lot of energy and very playful. That is where he will come out of his shell and help reduce his anxiety. He is afraid of getting in a car but once in, loves car rides. He is not suited for a home with small children. He is fine with a cat.
