Spring Lau is a 2-month-old tortoiseshell kitten with a gorgeous patchwork coat of caramel, black, and white — a perfect blend of colors that makes her truly one of a kind. Her big, wondering eyes and soft little paws will melt your heart, especially when she starts making biscuits with all the love in her tiny body.
Spring Lau is showing signs of becoming a lap cat — she enjoys gentle play, has a calm and non-aggressive temperament, and is learning to be carried. With a bit of time and trust, we know she’ll blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion who will love nothing more than to curl up close and keep you company.
Her name is deeply meaningful. In TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return), the trap “springs” safely closed when a cat steps inside — the first step to a healthier, safer life after being spayed or neutered. Our beloved friend and master trapper, Linda Lau, who recently and unexpectedly passed away, was devoted to this work. Naming this little tortie “Spring Lau” honors both Linda’s incredible legacy and the countless kitties she helped.
Spring Lau is ready to start the next chapter of her life — one filled with love, play, and the safe forever home she so deserves.

Additional adoption info
To ensure a successful, long-term adoption for both you and your potential feline companion, we ask that you fill out an adoption application and undergo a phone interview to determine whether you are a good match for each other. Our adoption process is designed to focus on the best fit for each individual cat, rather than a first-come, first-serve basis. In some rare cases, we may require a zoom or physical home check or recommend a foster-to-adopt scenario.
