Meet Watercolor! 💕

This adorable girl has the personality (and the snuggles!) to brighten any home. Her foster mom lovingly calls her “Mama” or “Silly Goose,” and she really lives up to both names — sweet, gentle, and full of goofy charm!

Watercolor is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. She loves to snuggle up close on the couch, give kisses, and burrow in as tight as she can to her favorite person. When it’s playtime, she’s all about her toys — especially when you toss them across the room (returning them is still a work in progress, but she’s trying her best!).

She enjoys nice sniffy walks and happily joins her foster mom on little adventures. Watercolor gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has great manners in the home. She’s also learning commands like “leave it” and “down,” and is such a smart, eager student. When it’s time to rest, she loves her crate and settles in easily when her foster mom isn’t home.

Watercolor truly adapts to anything — whether it’s a quiet movie night or an active afternoon, she’s just happy to be with her people. This lovable, well-behaved girl is ready to fill your home with joy, kisses, and a whole lot of love.

All adoptable animals are currently in foster homes. Please email adoptnwa@bestfriends.org to arrange a meeting.

Standard cat adoption fees are $50 for adults and $100 for kittens. Standard dog adoption fees are $100 for adults and $150 for puppies.

Additional adoption info

We strive for an open adoption process that helps you find the right pet for your family. We have standard adoption fees, but offer frequent adoption promotions with reduced adoption fees. During the adoption process there is a brief consultation with our Adoption Specialist and a short contract to sign prior to finalizing the adoption. Best Friends commits to the pets for life and we will take back the pet if they can no longer be cared for in your family. Adopters must be 18 years or older to adopt a pet.
