    Due to being a 100% all volunteer ran organization meet and greets are scheduled only after an adoption application is approved.

Homeward Bound Waggin is an all volunteer animal rescue and transport organization. We pull animals slated to be euthanized in our rural area and then find no kill rescues in other parts of the country that can take them. We also make them available for adoption in a broader geographical area.
