My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shaggy & his siblings came from a situation where there were lots of unaltered cats that got out of control. Thankfully these babies never had to know the struggles of survival. We are very thankful we were able to help them! Shaggy is an all around wonderful baby. He is super social & floppy. Shaggy loves people, his kitty siblings & friends, & is just a happy guy. He's kind of a clown :) He also has the cutest spotted belly & lets you smooch on him. Shaggy needs a buddy and we would love for him to be adopted with one of his foster/siblings as kittens do best in pairs. Biological siblings are Cowlick & Paige. Foster sibs are Ducktail, Pixie, Chai, Imani & Myrtik

His birthdate is June 25, 2025

He is microchipped, vaccinated, combo tested negative for fiv/felv & neutered. Adoption fee is $75. or 2 for $125. Please fill out the application and answer all questions completely if you are interested in adopting!

Purrfect Friends, established in 2005, is a volunteer-run, nonprofit 501c3 organization. With over 5,600 cats adopted, we work to combat cat overpopulation and suffering in the Cincinnati area. There is no shortage of cats and kittens in need of homes! Our efforts include rescuing cats in need, assisting with spaying and neutering, providing high quality medical care, and supporting Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) initiatives. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership.
We Are A No Kill foster-based Rescue
We have no physical location – all of our cats live in our dedicated volunteers’ homes. We are passionate about making the best possible match for adopters and the cats and kittens in our care. Purrfect Friends has a special commitment to mom cats – when we help with kittens, we help the moms too! Members of our “No moms left behind club” are fully vetted and incorporated into our foster program until their loving homes are found.
