My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hola! My name is SUGAR PANTS – and yes, the name says it all! I am a fabulous 2-year-old lady weighing in at 50 lbs of pure enthusiasm! Life is a playground, and I am here to run, bounce, and zoom my way through it. I have got energy for days, and I am always up for a game, a run in the yard, or just some silly playtime. I am also incredibly affectionate—I love people and thrive on attention! I have been told that I am one of the sweetest dogs around, but I will be honest... I am still learning my manners. I am super smart and catch on quickly, but I will need someone who is ready to invest some time in training and routine. A puppy class, structure, and lots of play would be right up my alley! I have met some cats before, and honestly? They make me nervous. I would do best in a home without feline friends. As for other dogs, I am open to meeting potential fur siblings—just set us up for a proper introduction so we can see if we are a good match! With my big personality and even bigger heart, I may be a bit much for young kids—kids 12 and older would be best, but let us meet and see how we vibe! If you are ready for a high-energy best friend with a whole lot of love to give, Sugar Pants is ready to bring the fun (and cuddles) into your life!
