Meet Bella, a senior pittie mix with the heart of a pup and the wisdom of a gal who knows the value of a good nap. She’s got a happy-go-lucky attitude, a wiggly butt, and just the right amount of sass to keep you smiling. Bella loves getting out for a stroll and stretching her legs—but don’t expect her to train for a marathon. She’s more of a “walk to the corner and back, then let’s find snacks and watch TV” kind of girl. She’s the perfect balance of playful and mellow, always up for some fresh air, but just as thrilled to be your couch buddy. Bella would thrive with someone who enjoys the simple things in life—good company, short walks, and belly rubs. If that sounds like your speed, come meet this delightful senior sweetheart at 548 W Foster Rd. in Santa Maria. The shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 AM to 5 PM
