Say Hello to Betta Fish!

Betta is a sweet and gentle girl who may be slow to warm up, but with patience, she will learn to trust and bond with her people. She has a sweet, silly side that blossoms when she gets comfortable. She originally came from a hoarding situation, so she’ll do best in a calm, loving home with someone experienced.

Betta is potty trained and can also use pee pads. She requires a fenced-in yard and would do best in a home with another dog for companionship. Due to her trust issues, Betta is not a good fit for a home with young children. With time, love, and consistency, Betta will blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion for the right family.

If a particular pooch has caught your eye or if you’re searching for a new furry family member, take a few minutes to complete our online adoption application or stop by our Adoption Events to visit with our adoptable pups.

Our application review team will contact you as they process your application and check with your references. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, but our primary responsibility is to find the best home for each individual dog and the best match for you and your family regardless of application order. We want to see that every animal and family are well-suited as a forever match.

Our adoption fees vary by the animal’s age and specific breed. All adopted dogs will receive vaccinations against distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus, as well as flea/tick treatments and de-worming. Dogs who are too young to be spayed/neutered and vaccinated against rabies will receive vouchers to one of our local veterinary partners.
