My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Quiver. I was about six weeks old when I was rescued from under the hood of a nice man’s car.  I was so dirty that everyone thought I was a black cat, but after a couple of baths, it was discovered that I was really gray.  I also had tons of fleas, but they’re all gone now.  After coming to SBACC, I went to a foster home and joined another orphaned kitten who was just a couple of weeks older than me.  This is what my foster Mom says about me. “Quiver is a sweet girl. She came to me very scared and shy, and it took her a long time to come out of her shell.  She loves head pets, chin scratches, and Churu. She isn’t a big fan of pick-ups but does accept them occasionally. She gets pretty excited about food, but will retreat if other cats are crowding the bowls. Loud noises and quick movements will scare her. She can be quite cuddly and curious. She often gets into the toilet paper and loves boxes, paper bags, and ping pong balls.  She would like a kitten buddy who is mellow and close to her age. She takes a while to warm up, but will be a loving family member when given the chance! She would love a quiet home with an attentive (but not pushy) family.”
