This sweet calico girl named Orange. Sheis the perfect mix of affectionate lapcat and independent spirit. She loves to be held, brushed, and doted on, happily curling up in your lap for snuggles, but she also respects personal space when you need it. She does a slow blinking to show you affection, rubs her face on you and is quite good at making biscuits, and her purrs makes you feel relaxing.
Gentle, quiet, and easygoing, Orange is a friendly companion who will follow her curiosity with a playful streak, especially when treats are involved since she’s food motivated. With her loving nature and calm presence, she’ll make a wonderful, devoted addition to any home.

Tender Loving Cats is a foster based rescue, we require that you apply and be an approved applicant before meeting the cat/kitten(s) in foster homes. We also have some of our cat/kitten(s) currently up for adoption that you can meet at our PetSmart Charities Adoption Centers located at 1208 Deer Park Ave, N. Babylon, NY & 535 Montauk Hwy, W. Babylon, NY. We have volunteers there Mon-Sat 9-11am & 6-8pm Sunday 9-11am & 4-6pm. At this time, potential adopters can meet our adoptable cat/kitten(s) at our PetSmart Adoption Center locations by appointment ONLY. To make an appointment a potential adopter should email meetthekitties@tenderlovingcats.org or leave us a message on the volunteer hotline at 1-866-458-8228(ILUVCATS) Ext 1.
