My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mars is a striking black beauty with a heart as big as her name. She was found as a stray with her kittens, and now that her little ones are growing up, it’s finally her turn to shine.

Mars is affectionate on her terms and isn’t shy about letting you know when she wants space. She can be a bit temperamental at times, so she’ll do best in an adult-only home with cat-savvy adopters who understand her personality and will give her the patience and respect she deserves.

Once she feels safe and settled, Mars enjoys gentle affection and quiet time with her people. She’s ready to leave behind her rough start and enjoy the comforts of a loving, forever home.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a bit of sass and a lot of spirit, Mars may be the perfect match for you.
