Bert is our official greeter. Anyone who stops by gets the full Bert welcome! He loves to be petted, but even more than that, he LOVES to play — especially with his best buddy and brother, Ernie.
Ernie is a little more reserved than Bert (to be fair, almost every cat is more reserved than Bert). He has soft medium-length fur and the cutest tuxedo markings.
Rumor has it that gray cats have the best personalities… and Bert is definitely bringing the gray-cat sass. Adopt these two, and you’ll have:
🐾 Kitties greeting you at the door
📦 Kitties inspecting your packages
🕷️ A dedicated spider patrol team
They do well with other cats and are comfortable with our small senior dog. Bert and Ernie would love to find a home together where they can keep spreading joy, playtime, and plenty of purrs.
PLEASE READ:
Adoption fee $125. All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for Fiv/FELV, microchipped, have received age appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. We are not first come, first served. We try to match our kitties with the purrfect home.
We do deliver kitties to your home. If your application is approved, we will set up a meet and greet.
Silverton Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all volunteer organization. All our kitties are in foster care. We ask that you be patient with us as we connect you to the foster to set up a meet and greet.
In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes, we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. Please fill out an application, https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/SIL/Cat or email us at silvertonrescue@gmail.com for more information.
