Meet Chui!
Chui (pronounced Chewy) was surrendered along with his pal Luna by his former owners. From what we were told Chui and Luna mostly lived outdoors in unsanitary conditions. Chui is now enjoying the good things living indoors comes with; cozy couch, multiple dog beds and staff and volunteers who adore him. Chui is a sweet and gentle boy who enjoys an easy stroll and plenty of naps. Chui had a full work up with our vet team including a much needed dental cleaning and surgery to repair a fractured jaw He does have a low grade heart murmur and some changes in his kidney values, so a kidney diet may be recommended in his future but he is otherwise doing great!
Chui has done well with other polite, small female dogs here at the rescue but does not prefer young rambunctious canine friends. Chui could join a family alone or possibly with Luna, we are still getting to know them and their relationship with each other. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates! If you would like to be considered as Chui's forever home, be sure to submit an adoption application on our website!
Adoption fee includes; spay/neuter, microchip, microchip registration, dewormer, fecal testing, flea/tick prevention and age-appropriate vaccines.
Chui would do great in a home with...
Cats :
Dogs : Yep!
Kiddos : Yep!
