My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Minty and Sally's stories unfortunately start out the same as many other dogs' that we rescue. Born to a strong mama dog out in the woods after being dumped. Somehow surviving the elements until found. The kind family that found the mama and her 5 puppies took them in as their own, fed them, medicated them, loved them, and found them forever homes. Minty and Sally were the last remaining, unable to find forever homes. No fault of their own, East Texas is just over populated with dogs. Minty and Sally's finder took excellent care of them and socialized them around other dogs, cats, and kiddos. Cows and chickens also- but they are TOO much fun to play with!

Minty is the more introverted sister. She's very friendly, but also intuitive. She's way past the puppy stage, so she is calm (definitely gets the zoomies from time to time!). She first comes across as shy, but she really has so much love to give.
