Mango was born July 17, 2025. Mango's mom got hit by a car and had to leave her litter behind. A wonderful volunteer at the Bedford Animal Shelter took the litter and bottle fed them. There are 6 all together in the litter. Mango loves to be held and has a really loud purr. Weighing only 2 pounds at 11 weeks old, he is very small. He has beautiful orange markings. He would love to have a home of his own, indoors only.
Since he is not yet neutered, Mango is not available for adoption outside of the counties contiguous to Bedford County. There is another contract for neuter you will need to sign and pay a refundable $50 security deposit to lock in the agreement that you will have him neutered by one of our participating vet partners when he is old enough. Mango's adoption fee is $100, which helps pay for the medical update he has had and helps with paying for his neuter.
Mango has been dewormed, microchipped, vaccinated, and tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).
