Milli is a sweet female dog who was sadly surrendered by her owner and is now at the shelter, hoping for a forever family who will love her for the rest of her life. She’s a bright girl who already knows some basic commands and absolutely adores treats. Milli is very curious about her surroundings and loves to put her nose to work, happily sniffing around and exploring wherever she goes. She would be the perfect companion for someone who enjoys taking walks and adventures, giving her the chance to explore while also showering her with the love and attention she deserves.

Visit us Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM! All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $45.00.

More about this shelter

The Chickasha Animal Shelter is a municipal shelter operated and funded by the City of Chickasha, Oklahoma. In addition to providing a safe environment for our adoptable animals we also are responsible for the enforcement of all animal related laws within the City of Chickasha and holding all stray animals that are located. In addition to these main roles, we also provide public Spay and neuter program with OkHumane, city pet licensing, and other educational services to our community.

We operate daily with a very limited staff supported by several amazing volunteers. We operate an active foster program and are always seeking to work with those in our community interested in assisting us in our mission.
