My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Thomas is every cat’s best friend — the social butterfly of the adoption floor.
No matter who arrives, he’s the first to trot over, offer a friendly head-butt, and invite them to play. With other cats, he’s a total gentleman. With humans, though, he’s still figuring things out. Somewhere in his past, someone taught him that hands were toys, and he’s held onto that habit. He doesn’t bite and clearly means no harm, but he does swat or grab during play, so wand toys are his best outlet for now.

Because Thomas adores his feline friends so much, he must go home with a buddy — or to an adopter who already has a friendly cat waiting. He thrives with other cats and truly shines when he has a companion to guide and comfort him.

Thomas needs an experienced adopter who understands that good habits can be taught and that patience goes a long way. We always say there’s a perfect person for every animal — and Thomas is patiently waiting for the one who sees his potential and chooses him.
