Hello there, I`m Blondie—a charming 8-year-old orange and white gentleman with a heart full of love and a story to tell. I began life in a humble barn, but thanks to a kind soul who welcomed me indoors, I discovered the cozy joys of home life. Eventually, I found my way to Animal Ark, where I`m patiently waiting for my forever family. These days, I`m all about soft blankets, sunny windowsills, and warm laps. Once I get to know you, I become a devoted cuddle companion. I’m not a fan of other cats, and I haven’t spent time around children or dogs, so a quiet, adult-only home where I can be your one and only would suit me best. I might be a little shy when we first meet but give me a moment—and I’ll show you just how affectionate and loyal I can be. If you`re looking for a gentle soul to share your space and your heart, come visit me at the shelter. I’d love to meet you. I did test positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) which is transmitted through deep bite wounds. It is not transmissible to humans or other animals except cats. I can still live a long, happy life, with regular vet check-ups, good quality food, and (of course) being kept indoors. I will need to be an only cat or in a home with other FIV-positive kitties.
