Here's what the humans have to say about me:
🐾 Meet Bella – The Twilight Pup with a Heart of Gold 🐾
Just like her namesake from the Twilight saga, Bella is a gentle soul with a mysterious charm and a heart full of love. But don’t worry — the only thing this Bella is sinking her teeth into is a tasty treat!
A mixed breed marvel, Bella is the perfect blend of intelligence, affection, and playful goofiness. She’s got the curiosity of a newborn vampire and the friendly nature of a loyal werewolf pack mate. With good leash manners and a solid grasp of basic commands, she’s as well-behaved as a Cullen at a dinner party.
Whether she's exploring the backyard like it's the forests of Forks or giving you those big, soulful eyes that could rival Edward’s brooding stare, Bella is always ready to bring happiness and light into your life — even at twilight.
Treat-motivated and eager to please, she’ll bond to you like a true imprint — faithful, forever, and endlessly loving.
Ready to welcome a little supernatural sunshine into your life? Bella is waiting to be your forever twilight companion.

The AWL is here to find the best match possible between adopters and the animals in our care. Keep in mind that a pet’s personality is way more important, and it’s best to try to find a pet that will fit into your lifestyle.

More about this shelter
The Animal Welfare League is a non-profit organization committed to advocating for animal protection and welfare. We are based in Port Charlotte, Florida. Since 1963 our shelter has served the Charlotte County community by providing a temporary home, medical service and caring attention for many dogs, cats and other animals. These animals come to us as strays, pets given up by their owners, unfortunate animals rescued from abuse and neglect, or simply lost pets in need of being re-united with their families.
