Care and Behavior: Since his first facebook post, Icy has improved his people and dog social skills! Much calmer and more cooperative, and much better on a leash
Compatibility with pets or kids: He likes people and dogs, while living at the shelter, he has demonstrated puppyish behavior with other dogs while on leash walks. Not tested with cats or kids.
Personality: Puppyish and companionable, not as spastic as he was when first described.

More about this shelter

We are a city ran shelter. We strive on making the streets of Pine BLuff a better place for residents and our animals. We bring in animals in hopes of returnng to the owner, gertting them better homes than living on the streets. We are staffed with only 6 employees so we are always needing volunteers to help us with things. We are taking donations for anything pet wise which include dog bed, blankets, towels, wet food, puppy food, cat food, etc. If animals need it or could use it then so do we.
