Hi Human!
My name is Bastian. My foster mom named me this 'cause of my personality. If you've ever seeing the movie NeverEnding Story then you know the main character is Bastian. That's one of my foster moms favorite movies and she thought my personality fit his in the movie. Sweet with a little spunk and playfulness.
I was rescued along with my brother Billy in a residential street outside. I had food and water but as a little kitten it was hard to survive all on my own. My left eye got badly infected, so bad that even my foster mom couldn't save it. :( She tried and tried but unfortunately I lost my left eye. :( I hope this doesn't deter you away from wanting to possibly adopt me. I can see perfectly out of my other eye and it hasn't affected me at all.
I've been to the vet, neutered, vaccinated, tested and de-wormed. My eye has healed and i'm all healthy now ready to find my forever home. If possible, I'd like to be adopted with my brother Billy. Were best buddies and like to play together.
I like the string toy, a nice big cat tree, scratching posts and a play tunnel. My foster mom says I can be skittish so i'm one of those cats where let me approach you and i'll give you loves. I purrr for my human/s when I feel relaxed and comfortable. I don't have as much energy as my brother but I can keep up with him for the most part. We play fight a lot and l like to run and jump on things. I don't let having only one eye affect me.
There's an adoption fee and reference is required. If you'd like to meet me then reach out to my foster mom Heather at catsonthehorizon@gmail.com. I look forward to meeting you soon!
