I am a sweet four-year-old Lab/Pointer mix. I am looking for someone to be my best buddy, lots of room to run, and the time and attention that goes into caring for a high-energy. I currently live in a home with a new baby and my parents don’t have the time they would like to meet all of my needs but would love to give me this.
I love being around people and will be your shadow. Currently, I live in a home with a cat and we get along well. I am the only dog in my household and this is how I seem to like it. I am friendly with other dogs once I get to know them but I can be very dog reactive if I see a dog I am unfamiliar with. This could potentially be a behavior that could be improved with training.
I've had basic command training (sit, stay, waits to walk through door until told to). My parents think I would be great on a farm or lots of acreage. A fenced yard would be required for me. Playing fetch with a tennis ball is my favorite pastime and I will bring the ball back to you.
