Milkshake is a beautiful blue calico Domestic Medium Hair kitten with a gentle and sensitive personality. She is looking for a patient, understanding home that will give her the time she needs to feel safe.
Milkshake is very shy and takes time to adjust to new environments. When she feels nervous she may shake, but once she becomes comfortable the shaking stops. Because of this, she will need a long transition period and a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace.
We are requiring a foster-to-adopt period of 4–6 weeks for Milkshake so she has the time she needs to build trust and feel secure with her new family.
Milkshake would do best in a home that:
Is quiet, calm, and patient
Has another friendly cat companion to help her feel safe
Has no dogs
Has children 12+ only (loud noises and sudden activity can be scary for her)

We meet with the potential parent for an interview. We then do a very extensive home check to make sure the pet is a good fit. Then, if everything checks out, we do the documentation, pay the fees, and give a permanent home to a rescue animal!
