My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bridget joined us in the summer of 2023 all the way from Texas and has quickly become one of our spunky Sanctuary favorites. She was diagnosed with a rare condition called pyogranulomatous inflammation, a chronic issue that can affect various parts of the body, including the skin, lymph nodes, and eyes. This condition is caused by a buildup of white blood cells like macrophages and neutrophils.

In the summer of 2024, Bridget began a year-long treatment to remove the fungal infections associated with her condition, and so far, it has been a success. Despite her medical challenges, Bridget remains one of the most endearing (and mischievous!) personalities in our facility—a bratty sweetheart who always keeps us on our toes.
