Heather is an almost one year old female Hound mix, and is the sweetest lovebug once she knows you. She currently lives with her brother Hercules, and the two are a sweet-natured and gentle pair who get along beautifully. Like her brother, Heather is shy at first, but it doesn’t take long for her to warm up - especially if you come bearing treats and gentle pets. She takes treats with the softest touch, and she responds to kindness with the most endearing head tilt and a joyful smile that’s sure to brighten your day. Heather absolutely thrives on attention and especially loves having her ears scratched. In no time, she will be completely comfortable with you and then she will happily settle right into your lap - or snuggle up close - for the coziest cuddle time. This precious girl is full of heart and hope, just waiting for the right home where she can truly blossom. Spend a little time with Heather, and you’ll quickly see just how special she really is.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
