Meet Kobe — Our Golden Bachelor
Kobe is an 8-year-old gentleman with a heart of gold. He’s the ultimate nap partner, a loyal listener, and still young at heart.
His journey hasn’t been easy. Kobe was heartbreakingly surrendered to the shelter by his owner simply because they were moving and decided he was “too old.” But age is just a number — Kobe has so much love left to give.
Since arriving at Grandma’s Barn Rescue & Sanctuary, he’s been treated for skin allergies, dewormed, and finally given the care and kindness he always deserved.
Kobe is currently living in boarding where he spends his days waiting… and hoping. He’s had little visibility, no meet-and-greets, and has quietly been overlooked again and again. Unwanted, again. But he hasn’t given up.
Kobe is a gentle, easygoing soul who wants nothing more than a safe, loving home where he can be someone’s best friend. He’s ready for a second chance — a soft bed, kind hands, and a forever person who won’t forget him.
Kobe REALLY loves his food and does not like sharing. Other than that he is a very chill guy who LOVES to sunbathe and would love a couch instead of his crate. He is EASY!
