I got him for 6K oringnally. Oscar is a very chill and affectionate companion who loves to stay by your side. He rarely barks, only for a couple of minutes when someone first comes into the home, and then he settles quickly. He is wonderful with kids and cats. With new people, he may be shy at first, but once he warms up, he is sweet, loyal, and loves attention. With other dogs, he can be nervous initially, but once familiar, he gets along well.

Most of his teeth have been removed due to double teeth, which is common in very small breeds. Because of his last four front teeth, his tongue sometimes sticks out and he occasionally drools. This may be improved with specialized dental work by a vet dentist who knows how to do it safely without affecting his jaw.
