Merlin is a special boy who will need time and patience to warm up to you. He is currently going through socialization where he has made tremendous progress already! He never hisses or attacks unprovoked.. he is just fearful and in need of a loving human who knows he is'nt perfect and will help him grow and get over his fears. He lets up pet his head and neck and leans into your touch wanting more. He is the most vocal when you first approach him or if you have treats! He has SO much potential and we need someone like you to help him unlock it. We are still unable to pick him up but with some more 1 on 1 care we strongly believe he would be able to blossom into a cat who will not be so scared of the world.

We have dozens of cats and kittens available to take home same day. If you fall in love with one that isn't cleared yet, you will receive updates until they are ready to come home!

Come out and meet all of our adoptable cats and kittens! We are available at the shelter 7 days a week or at our cattery adoption center in PetSmart Palm Springs on the weekends or by appointment. Call for an appointment, go home with a new furry family member.

We are a nonprofit organization that accepts owner surrenders, strays, mama cats with kittens, and orphaned kittens. We are a no-kill shelter so the cats and kittens are safe here until they are adopted. We partner with several adoption partners in the area to get the cats in front of potential adopters and in their forever homes.
