My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Meet Lefty!  He is about 4 months and arrived in the Seattle area on 9/21/25.  Lefty was surrendered to the shelter in Tulsa after an accidental litter. He is one sweet, wiggly boy. Just take a look at his video! According to the shelter, he has done well meeting kids, cats and other dogs. We are very excited to help this happy pup find his furever family. We will share more about Lefty once he settles into his foster home.

Foster Update:  Lefty is doing great! He can be shy and takes a little bit to warm up to new environments, but really likes to be close to people and other dogs. He has been doing well with his potty training and sleeps in his crate through the night. He is extremely food motivated and would benefit from having a slow feeder. He’s a top-notch couch cuddler and likes to follow you around the house.

This sweet boy wants to love and be loved so badly. He melts with attention and has the sweetest wagging tail. We think he would be most successful in a home with another dog to help him be confident. He’s been interested in our cat but has not chased her.  Lefty is compact at around 22 lbs and he's ready to join a family!

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.
