Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOR ADOPTION: MR MOON is the sweetest little tough guy around. He may look like a rough and tumble thug but on the inside Moon is the sweetest, friendliest little guy that just wants to shower you with affection. Mr Moon is estimated to be 4-6 years old and he came to us in very rough shape after we accidentally trapped him while trying to catch a mother and kittens. Mr Moon came to us with cauliflower ear from a lifetime of fighting in the streets and a bad infection and mites inside the folds of his deformed ear. We’ve got him all healthy now and all he will need are regular ear cleanings to keep him infection free and feeling fantastic. Mr Moon is a friendly, affectionate boy that loves people of all ages, especially children. He is looking for a family that will have lots of time to spend with him throughout the day and will be ok with him supervising everything they are doing while at home. Moon is not a confrontational cat and is open to feline buddies. Unfortunately, a lifetime of being intact has left him with pheromones that are going to take a long time to wear off and those pheromones do rub a lot of the other adult cats the wrong way. Mr Moon will not start a fight but he will absolutely defend himself if he feels the need, as a result he will need an easy going adult feline buddy or he would make an excellent big brother to a kitten. Mr Moon has been ok with most friendly dogs but again he will defend himself if he feels like he is being attacked. He would do best with a dog buddy that is calm and respectful or indifferent towards cats. Moon has been very happy indoor only since coming to the shelter but he would also do well indoor/outdoor in a safe environment. Mr Moon is now neutered, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control. If you’ve been looking for the sweetest little thug to cuddle all day, apply today at www.NWAS.ca for a chance to meet MR MOON. #NWASMrMoon
