Loves dogs!!!Meet Ben Ben is a 2-year-old, 15-pound sweetheart who’s still learning to trust the world. He’s very, very shy and needs a patient, understanding family who will give him the time and space to come out of his shell. Ben isn’t the kind of dog who will jump into your lap on day one—but with consistency, love, and a gentle approach, he’ll slowly start to show his soft, sweet side. He’s looking for a quiet home where he can feel safe, and ideally with someone who’s experienced with shy or fearful dogs. If you believe in second chances and the power of patience, Ben just might be the one you’re meant to love.

More about this rescue

Friends of Orange County's Homeless Pets (FOCHP) is a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The mission of our organization is to make homeless and unwanted pets in Orange
County more adoptable and provide them
the opportunity to find lifelong families. This mission will be accomplished with training, grooming services, veterinary services and rescue. This program is designed to promote the adoption of shelter animals, thus reducing the number of adoptable animals that are euthanized in the Orange County shelters.
