Fumble is a sweet and loving cat, who found herself at animal control after her owner passed away. She has all the calico charm, with only a little sass. Fumble is so affectionate and beautiful that she immediately had an interested adopter while at animal control. Unfortunately Fumble then had a few seizures at the shelter and was pulled from the adoption floor and given a deadline. Misfits was here to help.
Fumble has epilepsy, although we don't know the underlying cause, she has responded well to medications and can live a nearly normal life thus far!
Fumble is on two medications which are relatively inexpensive and which she takes easily in canned food. She receives phenobarbital twice per day and keppra three times per day (or once per day with a time-release capsule). She should have bloodwork completed every 6 to 12 months to ensure she is on the best dose of phenobarbital.
Fumble is used to other cats and should do well with them after a proper introduction. She is spayed, microchipped, tested FeLV/FIV negative and vaccinated.
