Meet Chickadee, a 4½-month-old grey and white tabby with a curious spirit and a shy heart. Chickadee is always watching the world around him—he loves to keep an eye on everything the staff is doing. But when it comes to being touched, he’s still learning to trust and often darts away when a hand reaches out.
With patience and understanding, Chickadee will blossom into a wonderful companion—it just has to be on his terms. He’s the kind of cat who will quietly observe, learn from those around him, and slowly but surely let you into his circle of trust. He’d also make a great mouser and would do especially well in a home with other cats to show him the ropes.
If you have a soft spot for the shy ones and are ready to give a little extra time and love, Chickadee could be the perfect match for you.
