My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cow! This little cutie was found as part of a larger litter that was rescued in late August at about 8 weeks old. She had been living in a parking lot and her and her siblings had begin getting into car engines and other dangerous spots before they got scooped up to safety. Since being rescued she has been fully socialized and received full vet care.

Cow is a spunky, adorable, sweet and energetic girl. She loves to climb and definitely makes good use of cat trees. She also likes to snuggle up with the other cats in her foster home. She’s super sweet and friendly and purrs if you pet her. She doesn't mind if you pick her up, but if you show her a cat tree while you pick her up, she'll probably think you were just being her personal elevator.

Cow loves to run around and chase toys and leaps into the air if you throw something for her. While not the traditional lap cat, Cow does enjoy quality time with people by sitting and snuggling up right next to you, and if she chooses to come sit or lay on you it is the utmost honor she can bestow upon you.

While Cow can be fairly independent, she would do well in a home with other cats around. She likes to come up for human attention too, and will softly paw at you or meow to ask to play. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and is just a gem of a cat. She has never bitten or scratched and would do well with kids since she loves high energy play.

Cow has been spayed, has her microchip, all three doses of FVRCP, and rabies vaccines. Her full medical records will be provided to her adopter.

More about this rescue

We are a coalition based cat rescue currently based out of Anaheim, California. Our coalition began as a small neighborhood group sharing responsibilities of taking care of the community cats in the neighborhood colony. At this time our coalition is the primary caretaker for two colonies and our goal is to foster and find adoptive homes for the friendly adults and juveniles, and to rescue the kittens born in the colony and get them vetted and adopted to good homes. We are a small coalition and we do not have a physical location, but we require meet and greets and/or home visits in order to adopt one of our cats.
