My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Don’t let Rome’s age fool you — this boy has plenty of pep in his step! With tons of spunk and a playful spirit, he’s proof that age is just a number. Rome loves to show off his tricks (his “shake” is a crowd favorite!), enjoys chasing toys, and is always up for a good game of tug.

When the games are done, Rome is all about the love. Belly rubs, ear scratches, snuggles — he soaks it all up and gives it right back with the kind of sweet devotion only a seasoned dog can offer.

If you’re looking for a best friend who’s equal parts fun and affection, Rome is ready to shake your hand — and your heart.

If you are interested in learning more about Rome, please call 812-988-7362 or submit an adoption application at the link below. After the application is received, an adoption counselor can reach out to you directly.
