My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi All,
Meet Miss Brown Betty. She is a gem and will add an abundant amount of love and playfulness to your home. She will do great with a family. She loves people and gets along superbly with other dogs of all sizes. At just 2 and 1/2 years old (or thereabout) Betty is a dog with lots of love and attention to give. She is spayed, all shots are current, she is heartworm negative and microchipped!
Betty is a PERFECT family dog and she will get along with any other dog you may have. She does love attention and being petted and talked to. Because of her exuberance I would not necessarily place her in a home with small children.

Home Check

Home checks are not always done, I review the vet references and google the satellite pic of the home, and the area it is in.

Additional adoption info

I do not have an online adoption link, I interview by phone initially, if they pass the criteria, I will either visit the home or have someone close by do this (if necessary).

Go meet their pets

Premier Gun Shows, Mesquite and Ft. Worth locations.
Events are held almost every month in each location.
Can also call rescue to set up appointment to visit dog/pup.

More about this rescue

I have been in rescue for approximately 12 years or more. I did obtain my 501c3 in early 2018, but had been in rescue many years prior to that date. I have a great affinity for animals, dogs, cats and others. I take as many as I can from the shelter located in Greenville, TX. I do this because I love the animals, I am retired and someone needs to take care of as many as possible. I also delight in being able to adopt a dog/pup into a loving home.
