Boba is a striking Shepherd/Husky mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. True to his breeds, he's smart, active, and always up for some fun. When he first meets new people or environments, he may come off a little nervous or unsure - but give him a moment, and he settles in beautifully.
During playtime, Boba comes to life. He loves tennis balls, zooming around the yard, and happily splashing in the doggy pool when invited. He's responsive to cues and easy to handle on leash, making outings a breeze.
While Boba is curious and social, he can sometimes come off a bit intense with younger or more timid dogs - but he's very responsive to correction and quickly redirects without issue. He thrives with structure and positive guidance.
Boba is a dog who appreciates calm leadership, room to play, and someone who gets his energetic, loyal, slightly mischievous spirit. With the right person, he's going to make an incredible companion.

More about this shelter
Established in 1949, the Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A. is a private, non-profit, full-access animal shelter dedicated to providing a safe refuge for animals in our community. Our mission to care for all animals is made possible by friends like you. Every day our dedicated staff ensures that every animal receives food, veterinary care and the attention they need until they can find a forever home. The Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA is a private, 501c3 nonprofit organization and is supported by contributions, grants, bequests, proceeds from pet adoptions, pet licensing and fees for services.
With highly recognized investigative officers, IVHS answers the call of over 100 animals in need every day. With our community outreach programs we educate the public on local wildlife, proper pet care and how to be a responsible pet owner. Equally important is IVHS’s commitment to provide a mobile vaccination clinic, low-cost and no-cost spay and neuter programs for our communities.
