My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Central World Plaza, aka Niko - the sweetest pup in all of New York!

Niko is the happiest dog you could ever meet! He loves playtime with humans and dogs alike, and will happily play by himself when others are occupied. Niko gets many compliments for his adorable face and for how friendly he is!

Niko is as smart as he is cute - he has mastered sit, is potty trained and sleeps through the night!  Niko would love a home with a yard to run around in, or alternatively someone who can take him out for long walks or to the dog run twice a day. He would do well in a home with other dogs.

He’s a quiet pup - only barking occasionally when very excited when playing with other dogs.  He loves head scratches, nap time, belly rubs & giving as much love as he receives. He will be an incredibly loyal companion to his forever family.

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.

Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
