My name is Eli!

We have had Eli since he was a kitten and he has been a wonderful pet. We have had three Cats in our home and a female dachshund. Eli was already a young adult cat when our dachshund came as a puppy Eli adapted quickest to the puppy being in the house. They have continued to be playmates. He is very healthy. He is close to 18 pounds so he’s a true Garfield. He has always been inside never been outside. He is 7 years old and very healthy.
My wife has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s and we are needing to rid our house of pet fur and danders. My role as caregiver for her has become intense and I don’t have the kind of time and attention to care for them any longer. It’s the most fair to him. He doesn’t get the kind of a time and attention and love that he needs. We don’t have time to give it to him. So sadly we must find a new home very soon.
