Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Jax, a stunning 1-year-old Alaskan Husky with striking good looks and eyes that could melt snow. At 82 pounds, he’s no small guy — but his love is every bit as big as he is! Jax can be a little shy when meeting new people, often choosing to play first and warm up on his own terms, but once you’ve earned his friendship, you’ll have his heart forever. Beneath that gentle reserve is a playful soul who loves to run, explore, and soak up every bit of joy life has to offer.
Jax is athletic, potty trained, and knows his basic commands. He’s also a total gentleman — he sits before his kennel door opens and again before heading out for a walk. Since arriving at the shelter, he’s made tremendous progress, growing more confident and social every day. His eyes light up when he sees familiar faces, and he’s been making new friends left and right.
If you’re looking for a loyal, active companion with a beautiful spirit and endless potential, Jax is ready to meet you — and he can’t wait to show you just how much love one Husky can give.
