My name is Lady!

Lady was our son’s dog. We have ‘fostered’ her for about a year, because our son married a woman with a small dog. My husband is ill and I don’t have the time or energy to spend with her anymore.

Lady is about 7 y/o. She was rescued by our son 5+ years ago. She LOVES to play catch. She is a strong chewer - but only of balls. She hasn’t ever chewed anything she shouldn’t have. She sleeps in her dog bed and sleeps through the night. No anxiety issues. The only issue she has is with small dogs - she has nipped at a few of them. Otherwise she’s a lover. She doesn’t beg for food. She’s leash trained and has quite the inquisitive nose! She has a shiny shorthair coat and likes to be scratched on the butt. If someone liked being outside & wanted a canine companion, she’d be an excellent choice.
