Cheese Wiz is a sleek, all-black kitten with a heart as big as his purr. When he first came into care, Cheese Wiz was terrified—so overwhelmed by fear that he didn’t even know how to be a kitten. He was in full survival mode, unsure of the world around him and just trying to feel safe. But with time, patience, and lots of love, something truly magical happened: Cheese Wiz began to trust, to explore… and finally, to play.
Now? This boy is absolutely bursting with life and personality! Cheese Wiz has blossomed into a high-energy goofball who makes every day brighter with his silly antics. He loves to zoom around, chase toys, and turn anything (and everything) into a game. Watching him embrace kittenhood at last is nothing short of beautiful.
But under all that playful energy is a total sweetheart. Cheese Wiz loves to snuggle and will happily curl up with you when he’s all tuckered out. He’s affectionate, expressive, and so ready to share all the love he’s been holding inside.

Our adoption fees are $200 for kittens under 6 months ($350 for two) and $100 for cats which includes all their vaccinations, spay/neuter and a microchip. Adopters are required to fill out an application before being allowed to adopt an animal.

Kitty of Angels, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides funds and resources for shelter animals and feral cat communities in Los Angeles. Our primary focus is on animals at risk of being euthanized in city and county shelters, including underage kittens and cats with health needs. Our immediate goal is to place at-risk animals into foster homes until they are able to be adopted into loving homes. While fostering is an immediate goal, we are also focused on adoptions, partnering with shelters and communities and helping with the feral cat colonies.
