Beautiful Reese is a very special girl. She came into rescue blind but gets along great with all the other pups! Reese is gentle, very well mannered, house-trained & walks well on a leash. She’s a happy girl that loves life, affection, people, playing with other dogs and treats! She would do best in a home with another dog for her have as a companion. She loves all dogs, people and children. She loves being outside in nice weather, going for walks and car rides , and snuggling on the couch with her people. Being blind has not slowed her down and most people don't even know until we tell them.

We strive to make the best matches between our animals and adoptive families. On dogs over a year of age we offer a 7 day trial / foster to adopt option in order for families and dogs to experience daily life and further determine if the dog/family is a good match. However, we will take back any previously adopted animals or assist families in finding homes in unforeseen circumstances that occur that the family is unable to keep the dog adopted from our rescue. We also offer continued contact and support to families of our animals when needed such as training suggestions, recommendations for vets/trainers as well as simply sharing life updates as we truly value and deeply love every animal that comes through our lives and rescue.

Rachel's Rescue was founded June 1, 2023, one year after her life was suddenly and tragically taken with a single gunshot. Rachel was a vibrant young lady who had a deep, passionate love for animals especially dogs and puppies. To honor our daughter's memory and desire to save lives, we started the rescue by taking in and caring for abandoned, abused and/or neglected pups and giving them a new chance at life. We provide each pup with affection and attention, a healthy diet, medical care as needed, vaccines and microchips. All pups are altered before they are adopted into their forever homes. We continue to make sure Rachel's legacy shines bright through every happy, healthy puppy/dog that finds a forever home.
