Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    If you see a pet listed that you are interested in, either give us a call for more information or submit an application.
  2. Interview
    We'll contact you after receiving the application.
  3. Meet the Pet
    We'll set up a time you can meet the pet!
  4. Sign Adoption Contract
    If it's a fit, sign the adoption contract.
  5. Pay Fee
    Adoption fees cover spay/ neuter procedures, vaccines and health tests.
  6. Home Check
    All adoptions require this step and sometimes we bring the pet with us for the home check to do steps 6 and 7 together.
  7. Take the Pet Home

More about this rescue

We aim to reduce the number of stray cats in Joshua Tree and the surrounding communities by way of TNR and finding homes for stray kittens.
Most of our time is spent caring for foster kittens and handling medical issues as well as doing TNR in the community to help lower feral cat populations.
