Meet Poppy! Poppy is a 5-month-old domestic short hair with a soft coat and an even softer heart. She may be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her just a little time and patience, and you`ll see her true personality bloom — playful, curious, and full of charm!
Once she feels comfortable, Poppy loves to be right in the middle of the action. Whether it`s chasing toys, exploring new spaces, or soaking up all the attention, she definitely knows how to steal the spotlight.

We are the all admittance shelter in Johnson County, we are not a 501c3, but a county run facility. We try our best to place each and every animal. We also house all animals picked up by Animal Control therefore; we intake a high volume of animals each year.
