I do best in homes without kids under 12, as I can be nervous in new places and tend to knock over little ones.Once I warm up, I’m affectionate, energetic, and love cuddles. I enjoy hanging out with calm dogs and can coexist happily with them, though I prefer relaxed companionship over high-energy play. Because I’m selective about my friends, I’d love a meet-and-greet with any resident dogs at the shelter to make sure we’re a good match. I’m also a smart boy! I’ve done some training like “stay,” “leave it,” “spin,” and “go ahead”, and I love treat hunts and enrichment walks, both inside and outside. I can be a little wary of new noises (like clickers), but with patience and gentle encouragement, I thrive and enjoy exploring.I may take a little time to settle into a new home, but once I do, I’m a loyal, loving companion who’s ready to share cuddles, adventures, and lots of love. I can’t wait to meet you and all my new family members at the shelter!

Our adoptions operate on a first come, first served basis.

Sign Adoption Contract
Once you have visited with a pet at the shelter, you are eligible to adopt that pet or place a hold.

Take the Pet Home
All adopters receive a complimentary veterinary exam at participating locations, along with other perks and benefits!

Our adoption fee for a cat or kitten is $ 25 - $ 150.
Our adoption fee for a dog or puppy is $ 75 - $ 500.
