My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Weebles is a cute 3-month old male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on August 11, 2025 along with his sister (Wobbles) and their mother (Mrs. Thumbs) by a Good Samaritan who found this little family in the Little Hocking Ohio area.

This little sweetheart has a gray short smooth coat, a long tail, and an adorable kitten face with golden eyes, a gray velvet nose, and long gray whiskers.

Weebles weighed 4 lbs on August 11, 2025. He was given vaccinations, wormer and flea treatment on September 8, 2025. Weebles was given booster vaccines on September 25, 2025.

Weebles was neutered on October 3, 2025 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 5 lbs that day.

Weebles is sharing a double-wide cage with his mother (Mrs. Thumbs). They are very bonded with each other and provide security/comfort for each other, so we feel that it is in their best interest to be adopted together.

His sister (Wobbles) went home with a foster mother on August 11, 2025 since she is most likely a CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) kitty (a neurological condition in which the cerebellum is smaller than usual or not completely developed. This is a disorder found in cats (and dogs) which causes jerky movements, tremors and generally walking and balance problems. It is a non-progressive and non-contagious condition. Symptoms appear at birth although they may not be noticed until the kitten starts walking.

Weebles and his mother Mrs. Thumbs are ready to find a loving home with an individual or family who will have the patience and understanding to let them acclimate to their new home on their own schedule.
