💜 Libya’s Story
Libya came from a TNR colony and has made amazing progress learning to trust people. With me, she’s become a total sweetheart — affectionate, playful, and loving. But meeting new people? That’s still hard for her. She’ll act nearly feral at first, just like she did when she first arrived.
With a little patience and a calm approach, though, she completely transforms. It took about a month for her to warm up to me, and she’ll do the same for her new person — someone who gives her space, kindness, and consistency.
She’s been great with other animals she has interacted with and would do best in a peaceful home where she can feel secure and open up on her own timeline. Think of her as a little “project kitten” — one who’ll repay your patience a hundredfold once she feels safe.
