My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Martha is a domestic shorthair grey female who is approximately 2 years old.

Meet Martha, a sweet and gentle soul, patiently waiting for a place to call home. She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, she blossoms into a loving and loyal companion. Martha has a calm, quiet presence that brings a sense of peace to any room. She enjoys her independence but also loves curling up next to you for some quiet company and affection. She’s the kind of cat who won’t demand attention, but will always be there when you need her. If you’re looking for a soft-hearted friend to share your space and your quiet moments, Martha would be the perfect match.

She would likely do good in a home with another cat or dog friend with a proper slow introduction.

She is spayed, fully vaccinated with RCCP and rabies, FIV and FeLV negative, microchipped, and on parasite prevention. Her adoption fee is $300. To adopt, please submit an adoption application found in the drop down menu on our website.

Additional adoption info

Most of our cats live in foster homes. Some are available to meet at satellite locations such as Pet Valu and Ren's Depot. A few foster homes are available to meet and greets at their home, or we also do meet and greets at request at our shelter prior to adoption. Most of these results in same day adoptions, and only take place after an adoption interview.
