My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ANGELICA PICKLES (aka ANGELICA) and LILLIAN are an adorable bonded pair of teenager kitten sisters.  Angelica is a gorgeous short-haired brown tabby with lots of white in a tuxedo pattern, and Lillian is a slightly fluffy black and white tuxedo. These 2 girls are high energy, spunky, and full of personality, but they also have a sweet and affectionate side. They take no time at all to warm up to new people and new situations. They love to climb their cat tree and explore new spaces, then when they’re worn out they will nestle next to you for a nap, and charm you with their loving natures. Angelica and Lillian were born on the very day that their momma was scheduled to be spayed, and have been raised since birth in a loving foster home. They are each other’s favorite playmates, and must be adopted together.

They have been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and are negative for FeLV and FIV. Their adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet ANGELICA and LILLIAN in foster care, please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $280 adoption fee for the pair allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. It is available on our website: https://catrescues.org/forms/cat-adoption-contract/ A paper copy is available at our adoption sites. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, have been de-wormed, treated with flea medication at intake, spayed or neutered, and have been microchipped and tested for felv/fiv tested.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to provide care and find loving homes for cats and kittens of our community, with a focus on those with special needs. Currently we only work with Cats. We offer temporary housing in foster homes until they can be placed through our adoption process. We have adoption centers within both Petsmarts in Eugene, at Chad Drive, near Costco, and 29th and Willamette, at Wags Dog Emporium on Coburg Rd and the Eugene-Springfield Cat Lounge. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network works with humane societies, other animal rescue groups, the public and government animal services agencies to offer them relief from their overpopulation problem. All cats in our custody receive the medical care they need. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network is a non-profit organization. All money raised is used to help Cat Rescue & Adoption Network save as many animal lives as possible.
